Increasing user engagement for a platform that collects the most comprehensive data and analytics of various blockchain projects
The current app was buggy, poorly rated, and poorly maintained. The relationship with the client's iOS development vendor had soured and the app became less of a priority for them. We noticed that while the audience was low compared to the web audience, they were loyal.
We saw this loyalty as an opportunity to do something more. Our goal was to give users an app experience that was simple and accessible, heavily focused on typography, and had a seamless onboarding experience.
